Building a smart city will depend on the alliances forged between government, private and public sectors, entrepreneurs, academia, individuals and non-governmental organizations. Smart City Consortium has been collaborating with different parties and organisations (global and local) in assisting the development of smart city in Hong Kong.  Since the establishment in 2016, SCC has signed 46 Memorandums of Understanding with different organizations and institutions across 16 countries and regions to realize the vision of smart city together.
