Dr Winnie Tang, JP, Founder & Honorary President of Smart City Consortium (SCC) moderated a panel discussion in WRLDCTY 2021 with speakers including the CEO of West Kowloon Cultural District Authority Mrs Betty Fung, Chairman of Harbourfront Commission Mr Vincent Ng, and Prof Inge Goudsmit, Assistant Professor from the CUHK School of Architecture.
