Be part of SCC team – GeoLab Manager (full time contract staff)

Job Title	GeoLab Manager
職責	(a) To formulate and implement the operation plan of Geospatial Lab; (b) To act as a single point of contact for all matters related to the Services; (c) To supervise the staff; (d) To monitor and align activities to achieve established milestones within schedule and budgets; and (e) To perform administrative and managerial duties in the Geospatial Lab to provide support to Project Director. (f) Any other duties as delegated by the President or his authorized person from time to time.

技能	(a) Have a bachelor’s or a higher degree from a university in Hong Kong, or equivalent; (b) Have a minimum of eight (8) aggregate years of post-degree full-time administrative working experience in supervisory positions related to public administration, community service operations or other similar fields considered relevant by the Government in Hong Kong within the ten (10) years immediately prior to the recruitment date; (c) Language proficiency in written and spoken Chinese and written English; and (d) Working experience in IT systems development projects and handling projects in GIS or geospatial applications or other similar fields considered relevant by the Government will be an advantage.
