Job Title: Geospatial Lab Executive Assistant

Working Hours

• 5 days from Monday to Saturday
• 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
• Overtime may be required

  Responsibilities

• (a) To provide executive and clerical support in the events, activities and general administration of the Geospatial Lab (https://csdigeolab.gov.hk/en/ );
• (b) To assist in preparing promotion / educational material and disseminate through social media or other platforms;
• (c) To assist in handling enquiries and complaints; and
• (e) To perform other duties assigned by the senior officers To perform other duties assigned by the senior officers.

Qualifications 

• (a) Have a Diploma/Higher Certificate in event management, marketing, public relations, communication or other related disciplines from a Hong Kong tertiary educational institution, or equivalent; knowledge on Geography and geographic information system (GIS) maybe an advantage;
• (b) At least two (2) aggregate years of full- time working experience in event management, marketing, public relations, communications, customer services, office administration or similar fields considered relevant by the Government; and
• (c) Language proficiency in written and spoken Chinese and written English.

• Job Tittle: Project Officer

Responsibility

1. To assist the project manager in implementing the project events such as exhibitions, seminars and delegations, especially the logistics of event arrangement with all related parties ;
2. To support the management in project execution and administration such as sending emails, posting on facebook and websites, and prepare meeting materials such as ppt and artworks;
3. To coordinate with different stakeholders for the project.

Qualification and Experience Requirements

1. Have a Diploma/Higher Certificate in project execution and administration, public relations, communication or other related disciplines from a Hong Kong tertiary educational institution, or equivalent
2. At least two (2) aggregate years of full-time working experience in project execution and administration, website /facebook management, communications, customer services; and
3. Language proficiency in written and spoken Chinese and written English.

Contract Period and Working Hours  

• 12 months contract
• 5 days per week

As Project Manager in project execution of a HK smart city pavilion at an IT exhibition in HK,in implementing the entire project especially to oversee the execution of the entire projectand coordinate with all related matters including but not limited to planning, execution,resource management.

Qualification and Experience Requirements
(a) Have a bachelor’s or a higher degree from a university in Hong Kong, or equivalent;
(b) Have a minimum of five (5) aggregate years of post-degree full-time administrative working experience in supervisory positions in project execution.

Contract Period and Working Hours  

• 12 months contract
• 5 days per week
• 9:00 am to 6:00 pm

Job Title:  Marketing Executive

Qualification and Experience Requirements

(1) Bachelor degree holder or equivalent;
(2) Minimum 3 years of working experience;
      Experiences in event management, public relations,
      online or real-time news  environment will be an advantage;
(3) Proficiency in written Chinese and competency in English;
(4) Good computer literacy;
(5) Good understanding of Hong Kong public affairs.

 Responsibilities

1.Develop content of marketing materials (DMs, presentation materials) and ensure articles that have appropriate visual elements;
2. Post message on website and social media;
3. Develop strategies to drive traffic to the Geolab’s website and social media platform ( https://csdigeolab.gov.hk/en/ );
4. Provide regular digital marketing data analysis and report;
5. Assist Business Officer in Geolab engagement activities (liaise with working partners, collaborating organisations and stakeholders, onsite support, etc);
6. Any other duties assigned by the GeoLab Manager.
