The Project Officer will lead the incubation program for startup companies at the Smart City Consortium's Great Bay Area Startup Incubation Programme. This role requires an operational manager with extensive experience in managing projects within the startup and technology sectors. The Project officer will be responsible for overseeing the promotion and nurturing of startups, ensuring they thrive in a supportive environment.

  • Identify and onboard promising startups that align with the goals of the startup companies.

  • Provide mentorship and support to startups, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their business milestones.

  • Design and support the incubation program to offer professional workshops and training sessions for incubatees.

  • Develop and implement tailored incubation programs that foster innovation and sustainable business practices.

  • Monitor the progress of startups, offering guidance and resources to facilitate growth.

  • Cultivate relationships with stakeholders, including founders, investors, and industry experts.

  • Represent the programme at industry events to promote incubation initiatives.

技能

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Management, Entrepreneurship, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, preferably within startup or technology environments.

  • Fluent in Cantonese, Putonghua, and English.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about entrepreneurship and have experience in marketing or project management.
