The COVID-19 pandemic has accelerated the demand on the medical system and the need for health care technology, especially the imperative of preventive health care. SCC is pleased to partner with Hong Kong Design Centre (HKDC) to promote the importance of good user experience (UX) in the digital transformation process.
“We should not use technology for technology sake, but the technology should make everyone's life better,” said Gary Yeung, President of SCC.
In this video, Gary shared 5 criteria of a health technology solution is to meet the needs of the users and the caregivers: “Useful", "Be part of life", “Usable", “Affordable" and “Efficient". Gary together with 4 other experts have shared best practices of good digital UX in health tech, e-learning, e-commerce, online banking/insurance, and remote work.
