Accelerating the “New Normal” in the property and real estate industry
Around the world, COVID-19 has affected millions of lives, and is having a growing impact on the global economy. Organisations everywhere are facing an unpredictable and uncertain future. We must all learn to adapt in order to facilitate our adjustment to this new economic reality.
ParticleX is launching a new initiative, ParticleX PropTech Global Challenge, a partnership with leading property developer Chinachem, and supported by Hong Kong Science and Technology Park (HKSTP), Smart City Consortium, and StartmeupHK to create agile and innovative solutions that meet these challenges.
One-of-a-Kind Matching Process
This unique approach is ideal for overseas startups looking to offer technology solutions to corporate clients in Hong Kong and Asia Pacific, while securing the opportunity to get investment funding from ParticleX, Chinachem and other co-investment partners, plus a chance to receive incubation support from HKSTP.
Programme selection process is completely virtual. Selected startups will be invited to attend online investment committee meetings with HKSTP and ParticleX’s PropTech corporate partners.
ParticleX is calling for immediate technology-based solutions with the following impacts:
Cost reduction – save on costs, improve operational efficiency
Customer leads & engagement – increase market share through attracting new customers, improve customer relationship
ESG impact creation – embrace and attribute your solutions with environmental and social impact, ethical and governance compliance.
Solutions coverage can be multi-disciplinary and across sectors of real estate, construction, smart city, legal, finance and collaborative and co-opetition projects. SELECTION PROCESS
Paper Screening will be based on the pitch deck and a checklist of questions to prioritize which teams will be selected to the next stage. Your team will be categorised in different runways (incubation, investment and/or solution offer) according to your intention. Some teams may be followed up by different partners in this stage by providing various supports, such as incubation offers if necessary.
Screening Interview – Shortlisted teams will be invited to join the virtual interview, we will identify teams that are the most suitable solutions for our corporate partners or offer investment opportunities.
IC Meeting – Best teams from second round selection will be invited to attend our monthly investment committee meeting.

粒子創投加速器 (ParticleX) 正在推出一項新的舉措 — 房地產科技初創與企業共贏計劃2020，與領先的房地產開發商華懋集團合作，並有香港科技園、智慧城市聯盟，及StartmeupHK的支持，以創造靈活和創新的解決方案應對上述挑戰。
獨樹一格的快速對接流程
本次活動全程為線上視頻會議方式進行，獲選的初創公司將被邀請參加在線投資委員會會議。為初創公司提供一個獨一無二的對接流程，無需通勤或參加培訓和接受導師輔導，不受其他額外費用的限制。
此計劃獨特性在於入選的初創企業可以一次與企業、投資人和孵化器會面溝通。對於為香港和內地企業客戶提供技術解決方案的海外初創公司是非常理想的選擇，除此之外，初創公司將有機會獲得ParticleX、華懋集團及共同投資夥伴的投資基金融資，合適的初創隊伍亦有機會獲得香港科技園的孵化計劃支持。
此計劃主要徵集以下任一課題的房地產科技方案：
開源節流 — 節約成本，提高運營效率
客戶體驗管理 —提高客戶滿意度和忠誠度，提升公司價值，擴大市場份額
ESG創造價值 — 以環境和社會影響、道德和治理合規性賦予您的解決方案中
解決方案覆蓋範圍可以是多方面的房地產科技，包括跨領域房地產、建築、智慧城市、法律、金融，競合策略協作解決方案等。
項目篩選標準
課題篩選 考核組將視初創團隊解決方案的資料完整度和專家提問等環節綜合考慮，篩選優秀的隊伍進入下一賽程。並根據孵化、投資及解決方案等方面在徵得您意願的前提下，將您的課題分類至不同賽道，在這一階段您將得到匹配的合作夥伴提供的更多支持，如孵化服務等
篩選面試 – 入圍團隊將獲邀參加線上面試，我們將評選優秀的團隊為我們的合作夥伴提供解決方案，同時也將為其提供投融資機會.
投資委員會會議 – 第二輪獲勝的最佳團隊將被邀請參加我們每月的投資委員會會議。
