配合政府就智慧城市的未來發展，SCC現正就智慧城市的未來發展「香港智慧城市藍圖2.0」撰寫建議書，除諮詢SCC 會員及MOU (合作備忘錄) 海外及本地簽署夥伴的意見外，並於2019年12月12日舉行討論會，就「智慧出行」、「智慧生活」、「智慧環境」、「智慧市民」、「智慧政府」及「智慧經濟」六個主要範疇收集業界、專家及學者的意見。

SCC智慧城市藍圖2.0 建議書將於二月向政府提交。香港智慧城市聯盟研究及藍圖委員會主席秦仲宇先生領導有關工作，香港總商會及香港理工大學賽馬會社會創新設計院為合作機構。

Preparation for an advisory paper on Smart City Blueprint 2.0 is underway, led by Mr Daniel Chun, Chairman of SCC Research and Blueprint Committee. SCC ‘s Members and MOU partners in Hong Kong and overseas had been asked to share their views and insights.

A brainstorming meeting, titled “Smart City Roundtable – Blueprint 2.0” was held on December 12 afternoon, with Jockey Club Design Institute for Social Innovation of Hong Kong Polytechnic University and Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce as strategic partners. Experts and stakeholders were invited to share their opinions and advice on the six major areas in smart city development.

Any policy recommendations, ideas and solutions raised in the course of these discussions would be elaborated into an advisory paper for submission to the Government’s Smart City Blueprint 2.0.

SCC於11月13至17日在深圳中國國際高新技術成果交易會（簡稱高交會），設置「香港智慧城市展館」，展示香港27家公司與物聯網、金融科技、訊息安全範疇有關的產品或服務。香港數碼港、香港軟件行業協會和香港資訊科技聯會，是「香港智慧城市展館」的合作機構。

「香港智慧城市展館」設於一號主場館，佔地近250平方米。SCC進行大量宣傳推廣工作，除製作「高交會香港館」網頁、發新聞稿，在內地媒體登載廣告外，並現場派發香港館冊子、及製作錄像在會場大型電視螢幕介紹香港資訊科技行業的成就，為來訪者對香港業界更加了解。更舉行開幕典禮，邀請香港特別行政區政府深圳聯絡辦主任、香港及內地科技界領導擔任剪綵嘉賓令大家更多交流機會。香港創科局副局長鍾偉強博士亦有親臨參觀。為期五日的展覽會香港館吸引到很多內地企業和用家參觀，內地及香港媒體均有報道。「香港智慧城市展館」獲主辦單位頒發「優秀展示獎」和「優秀組織獎」。另外兩間參展公司也獲高交會頒發最優秀產品獎。

根據我們的問卷調查，各位參展商對於香港智慧城市展館的安排非常滿意，因為可乘此次機會和業界交流意見和將來發展機會。超過98%的參加香港館的受訪參展商認為是次參展對公司有幫助，主要原因包括藉此了解內地情況、建立生意網絡夥伴及開拓內地市場。而全部參展商都認為會再次參與這類展覽會。

「香港智慧城市展館」得到香港特別行政區政府工業貿易署「工商機構支援基金」撥款資助。

SCC set up a Smart City Pavilion at the “China Hi-Tech Fair” in Shenzhen on 13-17 November 2019 to reinforce Hong Kong’s position as a leading smart city in the region. The products or services of 27 Hong Kong companies in IoT, FinTech and Information Security sectors were presented to mainland users. Collaborating organisations are Cyberport, Hong Kong Software Industry Association (HKSIA), and Hong Kong Information Technology Joint Council (HKITJC). Publicity efforts included event website, press releases and advertisements targeted at mainland media, event booklets and TV wall introducing the performance of the Hong Kong ICT sectors. To draw the media’s attention, an opening ceremony of Hong Kong Pavilion was held on November 13. Dr David Chung, Undersecretary for Innovation and Technology, HKSAR Government, also visited the SCC Pavilion. The Hong Kong Pavilion was awarded “Excellent Design” and “Excellent Organisation” awards. CHTF also awarded 2 exhibitors in our pavilion for “Excellent Design for Product”. All exhibitors were pleased to join the pavilion for networking and future collaboration opportunities. According to the questionnaire of HK Pavilion, 98% of the exhibitors mentioned that the participation helped them to understand the situation and demand of mainland market and all exhibitors would like to join if there is opportunity in future.

由 SCC 主辦、前海國際聯絡服務有限公司協辦的「大灣區與前海創新創業硏討會」於11月5日舉行。粵港澳大灣區經貿協會企業國內發展事務主席及前海香港商會代表，在會上介紹大灣區及前海的創新創業投資環境，如何在當地立足。硏討會後隨即舉行SCC會員聚會。

With a view to enhance the awareness of SCC members on the latest development of GBA and Qianhai and the opportunities for Hong Kong companies and how to establish a foothold there, a seminar on "Business Opportunities in Greater Bay Area and Qianhai" was organised by Smart City Consortium and co-organised by Qianhai International Liaison Services Limited on 5 November 2019.
Immediately after the seminar was a SCC Members networking event.

Established in 2018, SCA is a subsidiary of the Smart City Consortium. The objective of SCA is to promote education and public awareness of smart cities development and technologies. SCA and Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education (IVE), one of the VTC member institutions, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (“MoU”) last year.

同場並舉行儀式，SCC 將於會上向政府資訊科技總監呈交「香港智慧城市藍圖2.0」建議書。

A full day conference titled "Smart City as a Professional Service" will be organised by the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (HKIS) in conjunction with SCC on Feb 21, following a MOU signed by SCC and HKIS last year.

Mr. Victor Lam, Government Chief Information Officer, will be invited to be the Guest of Honour and make a keynote speech there. Dr Kenneth Tang, Chairman of SCC’s SDI Committee, and prominent experts from various countries will share their opinions and insights on smart city service at the conference.

Taking the chance, there will be a presentation ceremony at which SCC will present an advisory paper on Smart City Blueprint 2.0 to Mr Victor Lam.

More details of the conference will be available on the websites of SCC and HKIS. SCC members will enjoy the discount offered to HKIS members.

Smart City Panel Discussion at Internet Economy Summit (IES)

政府資訊科技總監辦公室及數碼港合辦的互聯網經濟高峰會議，於4月中在香港會議展覽中心舉行，在活動開幕當天（4月15日）早上將舉行智慧城市專題討論會，SCC創辦人兼榮譽會長鄧淑明博士應邀擔任討論會主持，SCC並協助邀請多個國家的專家介紹當地智慧城市發展的經驗，歡迎大家參加，詳情請留意稍後公布。

Internet Economy Summit (IES), co-organised by OGCIO and Cyberport, will take place in mid-April. Dr Winnie Tang, Founder and Honorary President of SCC, has been invited by the organiser to be the moderator of a panel discussion on Smart City Development on the event’s first day morning (April 15). SCC will invite experts from various countries to share their experiences and insights at the panel. SCC will inform Members of more details later.

SCC將在內地兩個重點展覽會, 包括2020年4月底在福州的「數字中國2020」及8月初在北京的「中國智慧城市國際博覽會」設置「香港智慧城市館」，展示香港30家公司的產品或服務。歡迎SCC 會員及本港與物聯網、金融科技、訊息安全企業參加，免收場租及參展費，詳情稍後會透過電郵通知會員。

SCC will promote Hong Kong smart city services to mainland users by mounting a “Hong Kong Smart City Pavilion” in prominent trade shows, namely “Digital China”, Fuzhou, in April, and “China Smart City International Expo”, Beijing in August. SCC members and Hong Kong IT companies in IoT, FinTech and Cybersecurity are invited to participate.
