智慧城市聯盟(SCC)為配合政府就智慧城市的未來發展，正聯同香港總商會及香港理工大學賽馬會社會創新設計院，就「香港智慧城市藍圖3.0」諮詢公眾意見。

SCC在吸納不同界別代表和市民意見後，會將意見彙集整理，輯成「智慧城市藍圖3.0建議書」，10月中提交政府，作為政府制定相關政策和標準的參考。

SCC已推出「香港智慧城市藍圖3.0」公眾諮詢專題網頁( https://blueprint.smartcity.org.hk/tc/ )，邀請各界就三大範圍提供意見：

1. 對政府之前推出的智慧城市藍圖的滿意度；
2. 香港在「智慧出行」、「智慧生活」、「智慧環境」、「智慧市民」、「智慧政府」及「智慧經濟」六個主要範疇的未來發展；
3. 中、長遠，尤其在結合大灣區、北部都會區及大嶼山發展方面如何規劃智慧城市發展。

政府於2017年12月及2020年12月先後兩次公布《香港智慧城市藍圖》，而事前智慧城市聯盟都收集專業意見，就智慧城市政策向政府提交建議書 (2016年10月及2020年4月)。

我們期望9月5日或以前收到你的意見。

Smart City Consortium (SCC) would like to launch a public consultation on Smart City Blueprint 3.0 and hope to receive suggestions from Members of the public, industry stakeholders, SCC members and MoU partners. An advisory paper will then be submitted to the Government in mid-October. We look forward to receiving information on

1. 1. Your satisfactory level on the 130 initiatives on previous government’s blueprints (Dec 2017 and Dec 2020);
2. 2. Your suggestions for “Smart City Blueprint 3.0” under the six smart areas;
3. 3. Your views on the longer-term about how smart city initiatives should be integrated into the master plans of Hong Kong-Macao-Greater Bay Area, and Northern Metropolis and Lantau Developments.

We have rolled out a website on the Blueprint 3.0 Public Consultation ( https://blueprint.smartcity.org.hk/en/ ) showing the questionnaire, and details of previous smart city blueprint initiatives, SCC's previous advisory papers on the subject, and some background information on the development strategies of Northern Metropolis and GBA.

We value the views and opinions from the different stakeholders and have previously solicited input and feedback through public consultation, discussion roundtable engaging members of SCC, MoU partners, Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce members, Hong Kong Polytechnic University JCDISI and subsequently compiled our advisory report for Blueprint 1.0 and Blueprint 2.0 respectively in 2016 and 2020.
