He has held senior management positions in product planning, marketing, and solution consultancy at Huawei headquarters, Huafu Technologies, CITD, Appier Hong Kong, and Kinmax in Taiwan. He has also been invited to serve as an independent consultant for several companies, including Shijiazhuang King transportation equipment and Powerleader group, providing professional advice on manufactory digital transformation and overseas business expansion.

Currently, Vandia is the CEO of Hong Kong and President of the Southeast Asia Region at xFusion Technologis . xFusion is dedicated to becoming a global leader in computing infrastructure and services, serving customers in over 100 countries and regions, covering industries such as telecommunications, finance, internet, and government enterprises.

Additionally, He also serves as the President of the Fu Jen Catholic University Guangdong Alumni Association and the Vice President of the Guanlan club of Taiwan merchant association Shenzhen. Vandia is passionate about advancing AI and IT technologies, continuously innovating and striving for excellence in the field.
