Ir Dr. Edward Chan obtained a Doctor of Engineering in The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, a Master degree in Built Environment from University College London, Master degree in Economics from The University of Hong Kong, and Bachelor degree with first class honors in Building Services Engineering from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Edward have been serving in number of NPOs in pro bono basis over two decades. Edward is now an Assistant General Manager of Henderson Land Development Co. Ltd.
