Dr. Vivian CHAN, FCPA (Aust.)

Dr. Vivian Chan is the Managing Director of LHT Capital, a family office that focuses on investments in listed securities, venture capital, private placements, and real estate. A Fellow Certified Practicing Accountant (FCPA) of CPA Australia, she is also the Founder and Honorary President of the Hong Kong PropTech Association, an independent organization dedicated to bridging the real estate and technology sectors. The Association fosters a collaborative ecosystem through initiatives that promote awareness, education, advocacy, employment, and investment in PropTech.

With over a decade of experience in finance and real estate, Dr. Chan serves as a mentor for the Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation (HKSTP) Startup Mentorship Programme, as well as Cyberport Mentorship Services and the Entrepreneurship Committee Advisory Group (ECAG). She advises several local and regional startups and actively engages in public service within her community.

Dr. Chan holds a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, a master’s degree in Global Finance from a joint program offered by New York University and the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Southern California.
