「以數據集進行機器學習和案例研究」講堂 (6月16日) Data Analytics training on “Preparation of quality data for effective data modelling”

為協助各行業利用數據分析提升生產力及營銷效率，智慧城市聯盟(SCC)於6月16日下午4至6時舉辦講堂，講述「以數據集進行機器學習和案例研究」。講堂由SCC副會長兼研究及藍圖委員會主席、香港大學HKUSPACE 講師秦仲宇先生主持；講者是聶經緯先生 (數據科學理學碩士、VTC智慧城市專業文憑導師、特許公認會計師公會資深會員)。

智慧城市聯盟為協助各行業利用數據分析提升生產力及營銷效率，現正舉辦一系列的數據分析講堂，上一堂於5月17日舉行，以「活用數據分析拓展營銷」為主題，由智慧城市聯盟副會長秦仲宇先生主持，蔡曉青先生主講。

蔡講師首先講述訂立採集和分析數據的目標、從而決定如何分配資源；然後如何善用顧客數據。他強調，顧客數據是很重要的，可以洞察到顧客的活動消費形態及發展趨勢。

在5月的講堂上，蔡曉青先生並介紹重要的統計學理論及驗證方法； 他提醒要訂立KPI （關鍵績效指標），設定標準，定期檢討，衡量進度和檢討，這可促進透明度，使持份者可做出更好的判斷。

是次講堂線上線下共有140參加者。
其中一位參加者葉先生表示，以前覺得數據分析很像很艱辛，他高興聽到蔡講師說現在在雲上很多工具都可以發揮很多功能，價錢也不貴。

活動獲政府創新科技署資助，及香港電商協會贊助。
