「領袖對話」

智慧城市聯盟創辦人及榮譽會長鄧淑明博士於9月18日受邀到懲教署作為「領袖對話」系列的主講嘉賓，分享建構智慧城市為世界帶來的機遇和挑戰。當中更與懲教署的精英交流，了解到智慧監獄的需求，也從中得知香港許多監獄已擁有一定歷史，如何將嶄新科技和古蹟保育融合，也是智慧城市中的重大挑戰。

Dr. Winnie Tang, Founder & Honorary President of SCC, was invited by Hong Kong Correctional Services Department to be a guest speaker of “Leaders' Dialogue Series” on 18th September. She shared her view on "opportunities and challenges" in the migration towards Smart City . From the exchange with elites in Correctional Services Department, Dr. Tang identified the needs for Smart Prison, and pointed out the following - the prisons in Hong Kong are considerably old, thus the bottleneck and major challenge in Smart City development will boil down to the integration and innovation of new technologies into heritage conservation.
