Mr. Emil Chan, FinTech Committee Chairman of SCC, represented SCC to attend Blockchain for Sustainable Development Goals “Euro-Asia Tour” on 23rd September, 2018. He was invited to be the guest speaker in sharing session on a topic of unleashing Hong Kong’s potential in the new Fintech Era.
