Hong Kong Guide Dog Association Jocket Club Education and training centre opening ceremony

智慧城市聯盟技術顧問周敏姫女士於10月6日代表聯盟出席香港導盲犬協會賽馬會教育及培訓中心開幕典禮。她更擔任香港導盲犬執行委員，協助宣揚中心願景。中心確保殘疾人士擁有選擇服務犬的權利，以協助他們獨立及有尊嚴地生活。

Ms. Mabel Chau, MH, Technical Adviser of Smart City Consortium, represented SCC to attend the Opening Ceremony of Hong Kong Guide Dogs Association Limited Jockey Club Education and Training Centre on 6th October. Mabel serves as the Director of HKGDA and promotes vision of the centre - to empower and facilitate disabled persons to be given the choice to select guide dogs to ensure that they live independently in a dignity way.
