北京．香港經濟合作研討洽談會
第二十二屆「北京．香港經濟合作研討洽談會」已於2018年10月24至25日完滿舉行，標誌著京港合作邁進新里程。智慧城市聯盟創辦人及榮譽會長鄧淑明博士和副會長楊文銳，代表聯盟出席京港洽談會開幕式。
同時，聯盟於洽談會期間伙香港公匙基建論壇，與北京軟件和信息服務業協會和中金支付有限公司簽署「京港金融創新互聯互通框架協議」，共同推進兩地實名制金融開户及電子商務合同機制合作，推動京港兩地跨境金融互聯互通發展。
The 22nd “Beijing. Hong Kong Economic Cooperation Seminar” was hold from 24th to 25th October, 2018, marking a new milestone of Beijing-Hong Kong collaborations. On behalf of Smart City Consortium, Dr. Winnie Tang, Founder & Honorary President of SCC, and Mr. Gary Yeung Man Yui, Vice President of SCC, attended and witnessed the Opening Ceremony of this forum.
Meanwhile, SCC signed a Mou with Hong Kong PKI Forum, Beijing Software and Information Service Industry Association, China Payment & Clearing Network Company Limited to jointly promote the Beijing-Hong Kong cooperation in opening financial account with true-name and e-commerce contract mechanism, and also cross-border financial collaborations between Beijing-Hong Kong.
