RICS Proptech conference
由智慧城市聯盟和皇家特許測量師學會合辦的RICS-SCC PropTech Conference 2018已於11月23日完滿舉行。是次研討會雲集本地及國際的行業專家，一同討論房地產科技的發展方向。智慧城市聯盟創辦人及榮譽會長鄧淑明博士以「智慧城市：技術轉型生態系統」為題，在開幕式上發表演講。
此外，在研討會第二環節上，全球智慧城市聯盟顧問趙敬賢先生擔任討論環節的主持，與聯盟空間數據基礎設施委員會主席鄧兆星博士一起討論科技如何促進變革。
在第三環節上，聯盟金融科技委員會主席陳家豪先生應邀擔任分享環節的嘉賓，發表以「通過區塊鏈技術釋放香港的潛力」為題的演講。
The “RICS-SCC PropTech Conference 2018” was jointly organised by RICS and the Smart City Consortium (SCC). The event was successfully held on 23rd November. Many local and international industry leaders joined and discussed about the PropTech (property technology) way forward. Dr. Winnie Tang, Founder and Honorary President of SCC, gave a visionary speech in the opening session with the topic on “Smart City: An ecosystem for tech transformation”.
SCC members also participated in the second session of the panel discussion. Mr Leo Chiu, Vice Chairman of Investment Committee of SCC, served as the moderator, and discussed together with Dr Kenneth Tang, Founding Board Member and Chairman of the Spatial Data Infrastructure Committee (SDI) of SCC. The discussion was about technological reform.
In the third session, Mr Emil Chan, Fintech Committee Chairman of SCC, was invited to be the guest speaker and shared his insights on a topic of “Unleashing Hong Kong’s potential by blockchain technology”.
