智慧城市聯盟會長楊全盛於12月10日出席世界青年創業論壇2018的香港歡迎酒會。他更擔任研討會主持，與Globalization Training Office始創人袁國富先生以促進大灣區發展為題進行討論。

Mr. Eric Yeung, President of SCC, attended the Welcome Cocktail of the Global Youth Entrepreneurs Forum 2018 on 10th December 2018. He was the moderator of the panel: "Development of the Greater Bay Area". The panelist, Mr. Leslie Yuen, Founder of Globalization Training Office, participated actively in the discussion.
