Delegation to Osaka

The Knowledge Capital in Osaka City, Japan, in operation since 2013, aims to become a hub for knowledge creation activities. By using cutting edge knowledge as a resource under the theme of proposing, experiencing, and learning future lives, the Knowledge Capital plans to create new technique through active interactions among people, goods, and information. The complex displays global prototypes and world-leading technologies in an area called “the Lab.” while the Future Life Showroom lets you experience how you might be benefited in different aspects, including dining, playing and learning.  

Mr. Eric Yeung, SCC's Convenor and Dr. Winnie Tang, Chairman of SCC Steering Committee, for the first time led a delegation to visit the Knowledge Capital. The objective of the tour was to sign a memorandum of understanding (MoU) for future co-operation as well as to exchange experience and insights in smart city development.
