Emil is a FinTech evangelist, digital transformation consultant and startup mentor with extensive experience encompassing cross-border financial systems design and operations in the banking industry.

In order to build a solid nurturing environment for the next gen Fintech ecosystem as his mission, not only Emil advises corporates and startups in the region as a part-time corporate trainer and Cyberport startup mentor, but he also delivers classes as the adjunct professor and visiting lecturer of renowned universities including CityU of HK, HKU SPACE, HK PolyU, Hang Seng U, Lingnan U and Vacation Training Council for almost a decade.

He is also gathering the industrial experts as the Founding Chairman of the Association of Cloud and Mobile Computing, The FinTech Committee Chairman of Smart City Consortium, the Hon. Chairman of StartHK, the Hon. Secretary of Invotech, the Vice Chairman of HK New Emerging Technology Education Association, the Vice Chairman of HK Internet Finance Association and the Convener of the Institute of Compliance Officers and more to participate in the digital transformation competitions as teams.
