Ms. Vivian CHAN

Vivian Chan is the Managing Director of LHT Capital, a family office that focuses on investments in listed securities, venture capital, private placements, and real estate. She is also the Founder and Honorary President of the Hong Kong PropTech Association, an independent organization dedicated to bridging the gap between the real estate and technology sectors. The Association fosters a collaborative ecosystem through initiatives that promote awareness, education, advocacy, employment, and investment in PropTech.

With over two decades of experience in finance and real estate, Vivian is a mentor for the Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation (HKSTP) Startup Mentorship Programme, as well as for Cyberport Mentorship Services and the Entrepreneurship Committee Advisory Group (ECAG). She advises several local and regional startups and actively engages in public service within her community.

Vivian holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Southern California and a Master of Science in Global Finance, a joint program offered by New York University and the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. She is pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
