2023中小企智創營商大獎，主題為「智慧營商，續創傳盛」，目的為表揚具有智謀及創新營商策略的中小型企業及給予中小企支持及支援的機構和合作夥伴，推動中小型企業可持續發展。2023中小企智創營商大獎由經濟通主辦，智慧城市聯盟(SCC)是支持機構。SCC創辦人及榮譽會長鄧淑明博士是評審主席。

Intelligent and Innovative SME Business Awards 2023, themed on “Smart Planning for Sustainable Businesses and Succession”, aims to recognize outstanding SMEs and their business partners with their intelligent and innovative business strategies, and ultimately, encourage and foster the sustainable development of SME’s businesses. The Intelligent and Innovative SME Business Awards 2023 is organised by ET Net, and Smart City Consortium (SCC) is a supporting organisation. SCC Founder and Honorary President Dr Winnie Tang is the Head of Judge.
