Smart City Consortium (SCC) has held a preparatory meeting on 11 December 2015 to discuss the progress and arrangement of setting up the Consortium. After the meeting, SCC members arranged a Luncheon with Mr. Nicholas Yang, Secretary for Innovation and Technology and Ir. Allen Yeung, Government Chief Information Officer. They exchanged views and opinions on building a "Smart City".
