【Smartizen Park@SummerFest opens on July 15】

由智慧城市聯盟及Central Venue Management合辦之「智慧城市遊樂園@中環夏誌」將於7月15日至9月1日，假中環海濱活動空間舉行。活動設有三大園區：「體驗區」、「學習區」、「玩樂區」，透過不同節目及展覽，讓公眾探索創新科技如何改善生活。

在「體驗區」，參觀者可了解智慧城市解決方案之介紹；公眾可以免費參加一系列研討會及工作坊，更可一試在塗畫科技書法體驗檯上即席揮毫。「玩樂區」內小朋友並可在水管併接積木區砌出賽車，在飛機訓練場研發不同的紙飛機，亦可參與四人乒乓球、桌上足球及桌上沙壺等創新體育項目。「學習區」寓教育於娛樂，通過創意和設計的工作坊，讓大眾體驗「親手做、親子學」的趣味，提升兒童IQ及對STEM的認知。

Smartizen Park@SummerFest, co-organised by Smart City Consortium and Central Venue Management, will take place at Central Harbourfront Event Space from July 15 to September 1 to give visitors an opportunity to explore how new technologies can lead us to smarter lifestyles via programs and showcases in three major zones: EXPERIENCE zone, PLAY zone, and LEARN zone.

Visitors will discover the latest developments in smart city solutions in the EXPERIENCE zone. Public is welcome to attend series of smart city seminars and workshops and try out the latest innovative Chinese calligraphy technology.  Kids can enjoy creating their own STEM race cars and flying their own paper airplanes in the PLAY zone. For those who seek for something energetic, creative sports like 4-person table tennis, pool soccer, and shuffleboard will be suitable for them.  Integrating entertainment and education, the LEARN zone presents a host of edu-taining activities and programmes for kids and parents to bolster their IQ and STEM comprehension.
