The former Internet Economy Summit is making a great come back as “Digital Economy Summit” 2023 (DES 2023).  The rebranded edition of the summit will be staged on 13-14 April at HKCEC, with the theme “Emerging with Resilience: Fostering a Smarter Future”.  The relaunched summit will focus on how smart city technologies will supercharge smart economies and accelerate the development of future-proof digital solutions.

Being a co-organiser, the Smart City Consortium (SCC) will stage a half-day “Smart City Forum – Advancing Smart City Development: GBA and beyond” (智慧城市論壇－優化大灣區及國際智慧城市群的發展 ) on the first day (April 13) afternoon.  The forum will look at the latest smart city initiatives of Hong Kong and international practices, alongside the capitalization of the opportunities in the GBA smart city clusters.
