SCC 第7屆周年會員大會
SCC 7th AGM

智慧城市聯盟(SCC)於5月16日召開第7屆周年會員大會及第29屆理事會會議，楊文銳會長報告其2022-23年度的工作。

楊會長說，去年前期香港疫情嚴峻，但SCC 團隊的工作未有減慢，半年前向政府官員遞交「智慧城市藍圖3.0」建議文件；上月在特區政府及數碼港主辦的「數字經濟峰會」以合辦機構身份舉辦智慧城市論壇；過去7個月內在兩個大型展覽 (「國際資訊科技博覽」及「香港國際創科展」) 設立SCC展館，介紹香港公司開發的智慧生活科技產品；過去一年，SCC連同旗下的智慧城市學院，及支援東華三院營運發展局的「地理空間實驗室(Geolab)團隊已舉辦超過140項活動，包括展覽、講座、工作坊、比賽等。

楊會長說，SCC 成立至今短短7年間，已躋身為關鍵的創科及智慧城市的機構，獲科創相關的組織，包括政府部門、大學、學會、商會等邀請合作。他感謝SCC會員及理事們的支持，他說當致力領導聯盟促進香港智慧城市的發展，及為會員製造更多商機。

Smart City Consortium (SCC) held the 7th Annual General Meeting and the 29th Council Meeting on 16 May 2023.

In his President Report for the year 2022/23, Mr Gary Yeung said despite the pandemic situation, SCC keeps launching smart city initiatives including a Smart City Blueprint 3.0 advisory paper submitted to the Government in Oct 2022, Smart City Forum at Digital Economy Summit in April 2023, the set up of “SCC pavilions” at “International ICT Expo” in Oct 2022 and “InnoEX” in April 2023 to promote Hong Kong’s smart city technologies. SCC, coupled with SCA and Geolab core team, had organized or heavily been engaged in over 140 activities over the past year.

Mr Yeung was proud to say that SCC had grown to be one of the most influential IT and Smart City organisations in Hong Kong since its inauguration in 2016. He pledged to lead the SCC team to enhance smart development in Hong Kong and continue to create business opportunities for members.

數字經濟峰會 2023
Digital Economy Summit (DES) 2023

由香港特區政府及香港數碼港主辦的「數字經濟峰會 (DES)」已於4月13-14日順利舉行。100多位嘉賓在50多場主題演講深入探討數字經濟與智慧城市等主題。峰會吸引超過4,000位行業參與者出席及超過25萬線上觀看次數，反應非常熱烈 ( https://www.digitaleconomysummit.hk/tc/index )。

Organised by The Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China and Hong Kong Cyberport, the “Digital Economy Summit (DES) 2023” was successfully held on April 13-14 . Over 100 speakers from around the region shared insights on hottest topics related to digital economy and smart city innovation across 50+ sessions of keynote speeches and forum discussions, engaging more than 4,000 industry participants to the Summit and generating 250,000+ online views. Smart City Consortium (SCC) was a co-organiser of DES.

由特區政府和數碼港主辦的數字經濟峰會(DES)，SCC 以合辦機構身份於4月13日舉辦半天的智慧城市論壇，來自香港、內地、芬蘭、法國和新加坡的發展先驅包括政府部門、學者及創科業界，分享其智慧城市發展的經驗及策略。

SCC, being a co-organiser of the Digital Economy Summit, staged a Smart City forum on April 13. The half-day forum looked at the latest smart city initiatives of Hong Kong and international practices, alongside the capitalization of the opportunities in the GBA smart city clusters.

「SCC智慧生活展館」@「香港國際創科展」
SCC’s Smart Living Pavilion @ InnoEX 2023

由特區政府與香港貿易發展局（香港貿發局）合辦的首屆「香港國際創科展（InnoEX）」於4月12-15日舉行，連同由香港貿發局主辦的「香港春季電子產品展」及「香港國際春季燈飾展」合共吸引逾66,000名來自包括内地、東盟、日韓、台灣、美國、印度、俄羅斯等在內約160個國家及地區的買家親臨參觀和洽商。

SCC於InnoEX設置了「SCC智慧生活展館」。設計獨特，面積近2,000平方呎，展出多家香港公司開發的智慧生活科技產品，包括短時間即看到結果的「生物毒性測試科技」、減少依賴人手因而提高可靠度的「智慧樓宇設施檢測系統」、透過區塊鏈技術追蹤樓宇建築情況和用料的「智慧建造科技」、結合建築資訊模型(BIM)和物聯網和人工智能的「地理資訊系統」、決策者能一目了然可以即時監察及應變的「室內三維空間管理系統」、檢視溫度和濕度和空氣質量的「室內環境智能監察系統」，及「無人機科技」等，還有由SCC副會長曾劍鋒博士開發，最近正式獲認可成為物聯網全球標準的IEEE 2668。

創新科技及工業局局長孫東教授、政府資訊科技總監(署理) 黃志光先生等政府官員，及眾多科技界業內人士及用家、學術界、外國領事及商務專員代表等等，參觀了「SCC智慧生活展館」。項目獲創新科技署創新及科技基金一般支援計劃資助，及香港電商協會贊助。

Hong Kong showcased its strengths in innovation and technology (I&T) at a series of innovation and tech fairs, including the first-ever InnoEX co-organised by the HKSAR Government and the HK Trade Development Council (HKTDC), held concurrently with HK Electronics Fair and HK International Lighting Fair. The three tech fairs attracted over 66,000 buyers from some 160 countries and regions, including Mainland China, ASEAN, Korea, Taiwan, the USA, Japan, India and Russia. The overwhelming response and lively exchange of ideas at the events highlighted Hong Kong’s rapid development into an international I&T hub, which connects the world with Mainland China and ASEAN.

SCC staged a “Smart Living Pavilion” at “InnoEX”, showcasing the “Smart Living” technologies of HK companies. The SCC pavilion was visited by many senior government officials including Secretary for Innovation, Technology and Industry Professor Dong Sun, Government Chief Information Officer(Acting) Tony Wong, and visitors from I&T sectors, professional institutes, academia, and foreign consulates and trade commissioner offices. The project is funded by the General Support Programme of the Innovation and Technology Fund and sponsored by E-Commerce Association of HK.

「智慧城市聯盟代表團」訪問佛山
SCC delegation to Foshan (25 March 2023)

SCC創辦人兼榮譽會長葛珮帆立法會議員3月25日率領「香港智慧城市聯盟代表團」到佛山考察，與市政協、市委統戰部、市科技局、市投資促進局官員會面，了解佛山市的創科規劃，並到訪佛山火炬創新創業園、佛山科技示範中心、廣東省科學院佛山產業技術研究院。

葛珮帆議員指出，佛山自2021正式通過評估 ，是我國的「國家創新型城市」之一，「佛山製造」國際知名，除了陶瓷，冰櫃、冷氣機等九種產品產量世界第一之外，在裝備製造、機器人產業亦是全國領先。佛山近年在人工智能和智能裝備、高端新型電子信息、新材料、新能源汽車、氫能源等領域有新突破，市政府提出「香港研發，佛山製造」大有可為。 (代表團有關活動詳情請看 https://smartcity.org.hk/index.php/en/ps-2023/1408-20230330-pr )

A SCC Smart City delegation, led by SCC Founder and Honorary President Hon Elizabeth Quat, conducted a study trip to Foshan on 25 March 2023. The smart city delegation met with leaders from Foshan Municipality and visited key facilities and enterprises relating to the areas of innovation and technology. Both Hong Kong and Foshan are core cities of the GBA, and Foshan is a prestigious manufacturing base. Foshan leaders raised that both cities should collaborate in the mode of “R&D in HK, production in Foshan”.

GeoLab由發展局成立，東華三院和智慧城市聯盟分別作為營運機構和支援組織，是發展局空間數據共享平台的重點項目之一。

房屋創新 - 未來之路
Innovations for Housing – The Road Ahead

香港房屋協會於2023年4月17日舉辦以「未來願景：為跨代共融創造宜居社區及永續環境」為主題的國際研討會，SCC創辦人兼榮譽會長鄧淑明博士主持「房屋創新 - 未來之路」分組研討會，專家小組成員包括華懋集團執行董事兼行政總裁蔡宏興先生、建造業議會主席何安誠工程師、和惠保(香港)有限公司董事總經理蘇國亮測量師。SCC是活動支持機構。

Hong Kong Housing Society (HKHS) International Conference 2023, themed “A Vision for the Future: Liveable Communities for Sustainable Living of Multi-Generations”, took place on 17 April 2023, with SCC as a supporting organization.

SCC Founder and Honorary President Dr Winnie Tang was the moderator at the “Innovations for Housing – The Road Ahead” Panel. The panelists were Ar Donald CHOI Wun-hing, Executive Director and CEO of Chinachem Group; Ir Thomas HO On-sing, Chairman of CIC; and Ir Derek SO Kwok-leung, Managing Director of Vibro (HK) Ltd.

東盟智慧城市發展圓桌會議
ASEAN Roundtable @ InnoEX

香港國際創科展期間，大會於4月13日舉辦了「東盟智慧城市發展圓桌會議」，以「建設智慧城市 - 以人為本」為主題，泰國、菲律賓、馬來西亞，和越南的官員介紹其推動智慧城市發展。SCC創辦人兼榮譽會長鄧淑明博士擔任圓桌會議主持。

During InnoEX, an ASEAN Roundtable brought together government officials from different regions to share their experiences in developing and promoting smart cities. Dr Winnie Tang, SCC’s Founder and Honorary President, was the moderator of the “Business Roundtable on ASEAN Smart City Development on April 13. At this “Building Smart City – The Human-Centric Approach” roundtable, senior officials from Thailand, the Philippines, Malaysia, and Vietnam shared their smart city development plans and aspirations to improve people’s quality of life.

“So French So Innovative" Discussion Panel

香港國際創科展期間，「非常法國．非凡創新」展團於4月13日舉辦了以「Construction and Urban Planning Towards Durability」為主題的討論會，由 SCC副會長黃慧敏女士擔任主持。當日法國駐港澳總領事杜麗緹女士致開幕辭，政府資訊科技總監(署理) 黃志光先生發表主題演講。

Ms Rosana Wong, in her capacity of SCC Vice President, was once again invited to moderate at the panel discussion on "Construction and Urban Planning Towards Durability" at the “So French So Innovative" event organized by the Business France at InnoEX on April 13.

Ms Christile Drulhe, Consul General of France in HK & Macau, delivered Kick-off Remarks while Mr Tony Wong, Government Chief Information Officer (Acting), was the keynote speaker.

SCC 第二屆全港小小定格動畫創作比賽
The 2nd Next Generation Animator Awards

由SCC與教學廿一合辦的「第二屆全港小小定格動畫創作比賽」圓滿結束，超過200位本港創科學者、校長、師生及家長出席4月29日頒獎典禮，一同見證本屆得獎者誕生，場面熱鬧。

SCC會長楊文銳以主禮嘉賓身份在視頻致歡迎辭時表示，樂見今屆比賽報名反應熱烈， 作品製作認真，期盼學生能透過參與表現想像力和創意，激發未來創科新動力。

空間數據共享平台大獎 2023
CSDI Awards 2023 – “Propel Our City with Spatial Data”

為更進一步推廣空間數據共享平台 (CSDI)及提升大眾對空間數據的興趣，「地理空間實驗室 GeoLab」現正舉辦CSDI大獎 2023 - 「空間數據推動城市向前邁進」，旨在鼓勵學生及社會大眾靈活運用空間數據解決城市面臨的挑戰。比賽設有高小、初中、高中，及公開組 (公眾及大專學生) 四個組別，匯報日暨頒獎典禮於7月29及30日舉行。了解「地理空間實驗室」更多活動詳情，請瀏覽: https://csdigeolab.gov.hk/tc/

To promote CSDI and raise the public’s interest in spatial data, Geospatial Lab is organizing the CSDI Awards 2023 – “Propel Our City with Spatial Data” (the “Awards”). The goal of these Awards is to encourage students and individuals from the public to make creative use of spatial data to address challenges faced by the city. Join HK Smart City Pavilion at China Hi-Tech Fair – FOC

SCC 將於2023年11月15至19日在深圳會展中心舉行的「中國國際高新技術成果交易會」(高交會) 設置「香港智慧城市展館」(香港館)，主題是「智慧生活」，介紹香港公司的「智慧生活」科技。歡迎本港企業參加，免收場租及參展費。

高交會由中國商務部、科技部、工信部、國家發改委、農業農村部、國家知識產權局、科學院、工程院和深圳市人民政府共同主辦。

參展的香港公司可以在展覽會中展出產品或服務，或作資料介紹。SCC可代製作展示板，亦會印製場刊，介紹有關參展的香港公司的業務，促進內地企業及官員更了解參展香港公司的服務。此項目由香港特別行政區政府工業貿易署「工商機構支援基金」撥款資助，香港資訊科技聯會及香港軟件行業協會是香港館的合作機構。

SCC is to promote Hong Kong’s smart living technologies to mainland officials and enterprises by mounting a "Hong Kong Smart City Pavilion" at China Hi-Tech Fair in Shenzhen, which will be held on 15-19 November 2023. Hong Kong companies with smart living technologies are welcome to apply for participation. Successful participants will enjoy free rental and construction cost.

Organised by Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Science and Technology, Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, National Development and Reform Commission, Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, State Intellectual Property Office, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Chinese Academy of Engineering and Shenzhen Municipal People's Government, the Expo will take place in Shenzhen Convention & Exhibition Centre.

The Global Digital Trade Expo (GDTE), organised by Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China and Zhejiang Provincial Government, is currently the only official expo on the mainland that is themed as international digital trade. The first Expo was held in Hangzhou last December, participated by over 800 mainland and foreign enterprises.

海南自由貿易港和粵港澳大灣區建設進入高質量融合發展新階段，團結香港基金與國家科技部火炬中心再次攜手合作，舉辦「香港創業青年內地行（MEET）2023」，於2023年7月9至15日帶領100名香港青年到訪海南和南沙。活動將透過深入考察和交流，加深港青對內地創業環境和扶持政策的了解，見識國家強盛的發展，拓展人脈和資源，為青年的創業發展搭橋鋪路。
